Reconstruction Notes: The photos are in order showing the staged process with the before and after in the first row. This patient came to us with bilateral tissue expanders in place. The first surgery that was performed was fat grafting. Three months after, the tissue expanders were replaced with silicone breast implants. Dr Chen then decided to do another round of fat grating followed by nipple reconstruction and then finishing with the nipple areola complex tattooing.
